Description

Off-Ice conditioning is a great opportunity for athletes who want to prepare well for upcoming competitions. Our intensive camp features training modules specific to the demands of the skater. With a greater attention to individual needs, this camp will peak athletes that are heading into their individual competition season and start the building process for a longer term plan. This camp will give your skater 3 dry land training sessions per week which will keep your athlete healthy, engaged and active.

Camp Info:

Start Date:  Sunday, September 22nd, 2024

End Date: Sunday, December 22nd, 2024

Training Days & Times:

  • Sunday 1:30 – 2:30 pm
  • Tuesday 5:35 – 6:35 pm
  • Thursday 6:00 – 7:00 pm
No Sessions November 24th, October 31st or December 15th

Cost: $805.00
